The room was comfortable, clean & quiet. Tom and Ann Cebulla have really really pulled Paradise Shores back together. Thank you for all you do and providing such a nice place to stay.
We just had our wedding here on Saturday. It’s a beautiful place! Ann & Tom were so friendly & helpful with everything! It’s the perfect location
Our room was a King Suite and it was very nice. The room was clean, the bed was very comfy and the environment was quiet. Owners were very nice, very friendly. Would definitely stay again.
Old, but cute. Very well kept. I Like that, it's off the lake. They should really update the gym equipment though. Just in case someone wants to use it and add a rack of dumbells. That would have been perfect for me!
Room was as expected. Price was way too high for what it is, but also I get it because the place probably wouldn't be profitable if they didn't charge what they do. It's also the only option for the area. We we're happy to be able to stay with our dog and the large property was great to walk our him around. Staff was very friendly. 24 hour coffee machine wasn't working but not a big deal. Bottom line... I'd stay here again unless the price went up any more.
Stayed here one night for our anniversary. It was a pleasant stay and the owners were very hospitable and accommodating. We thought it was an awesome location and great value for the stay on the lake. So many different things to check out on Lake Holcombe.
We love our stay here we had a wedding right across the lake and this was one of the places they suggested, rooms were a little dated, but all new bedding and amenities. the staff was so pleasant and made our stay very enjoyable and we had an absolute wonderful stay the views from the hotel were gorgeous and with the fall colors changing I could not imagine a more beautiful spot in the north woods. Also close (20 mins) to a couple of state parks with beautiful hiking trails and the bar right down the street is a great place for lunch or dinner. Will definitely go back if we are in the area
Great location. Rooms are pretty clean, just a little outdated... the view from the room I stayed in was of the roof, but it didn't rain on my parade. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is continental like and I didn't expect to find cream in a chocolate donut with a hole... must be a northern thing. Not my cup of tea, though the coffee hit the spot price is a little high for what the room is but all in all I'd still return just because of the location.
